When you are reading/listening to the
stories, we still want you to keep making connections and predictions, but this
week we would also like you to focus on Self-Questioning (The
children have done this before). Self-Questioning means that you
are thinking of questions before, during and
after reading to help understand what you are reading. You might
say things like

· Handwriting Workbook: Now that you have your book at home, why not try to
do 1 or 2 pages a week. Remember your proper pencil grip.
